1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) typically receive orders within 3–4 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities may take up to 7 business days. Remote areas and certain pincodes may take up to 10 business days.
3. Delivery Partners
We partner with reputed courier services including Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery pincode and product size. We are unable to guarantee a specific courier for any order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your XEWALI account under "My Orders". If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us at care@xewali.com.
5. Undelivered & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If the package cannot be re-delivered, a refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately and notify us at care@xewali.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the claim. Do not accept a delivery that appears severely damaged from the outside — you may refuse it and contact us right away.
7. Delivery to Remote Areas
We ship to most pincodes across India. However, delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may not be possible. If we are unable to deliver to your pincode, we will notify you within 2 business days of placing your order and issue a full refund.
