Orders & Payment

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your delivery address and payment details. You can pay via Visa, Mastercard, UPI, RuPay, or Cash on Delivery.
You can cancel or modify your order before it has been dispatched. Email us at care@xewali.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, we cannot make changes — but you can initiate a return after delivery.
Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers. Look for the padlock icon in your browser address bar for confirmation.
Yes, COD is available across most pincodes in India. A handling fee of ₹49 applies to COD orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across India. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–4 days. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1,999. For orders below that, shipping is charged at ₹99.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your account and check "My Orders" for real-time updates.
Currently we only ship within India. We hope to expand internationally soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Email care@xewali.com with your order number to initiate a return.
Once we receive and verify your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
We are sorry! Please email care@xewali.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
We currently process exchanges as a return + new purchase. Return the original item and place a new order for the size you need. Contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Products & Sizing

We recommend checking our Size Guide (available on each product page) for detailed measurements. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Still unsure? Email us and we will help!
We work hard to represent colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting. If colour accuracy is important to you, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Care instructions are printed on the label inside each garment. Generally, we recommend gentle hand or machine wash in cold water and air drying to preserve the fabric quality and colour.
