Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

How Returns Work
1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. To initiate a return, email care@xewali.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned: items marked as "Final Sale"; products purchased at 50% or more discount; innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons); items that have been worn, washed, or altered; and items without original tags or packaging.
3. Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. Upon verification, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, email care@xewali.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 3–5 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to initiate a return after delivery.
5. Cancellation by XEWALI
We reserve the right to cancel any order if: the product is out of stock; there is a pricing or technical error; we suspect fraud or misuse; or we are unable to deliver to your location. In all such cases, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
6. Refund After Return
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated period, please first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider, as it may take additional time to officially post. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at care@xewali.com.
