Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if: the product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition; you received the wrong item; or the product is returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that are washed, worn, altered, or returned without original tags will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds: sale items marked as "Final Sale"; items purchased with a discount of 50% or more; innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons); and gift cards.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at care@xewali.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI — please provide your bank details when requesting the refund.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will bear the return shipping cost. If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. The exact charge will be communicated at the time of raising the return.
6. Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. If the order has already been shipped, please initiate a return after delivery. See our Return & Cancellation Policy for full details.
